Building Muscle The Wrong Way #1 – Skipping Out On Your Cardio…
Before you disagree take note that I was once a long distance triathlon and running champion so my cardiovascular standards and perceptions of ‘fit’ are much higher than your local trainers or expert bodybuilding author. It drives me crazy when I hear fitness experts preaching that weight training is just as good for keeping your heart and lungs in prime condition. Who are they kidding?
Weight training, designed for bodybuilding, is almost useless for stimulating your cardiovascular system. Bodybuilding style weight training for your cardio is just about as good as spending the day playing video games. Sure, I know your leg training workouts and super sets make you feel like you sprinted up the street for 100 m but this is far cry from a optimal cardio system. (more…)
Do you truly know how to build muscle and gain weight quickly?
If you knew how to build muscle then the skinny jokes would have ended long ago. If you knew how to gain weight quickly then the blank stares would stop when you tell someone you work out with weights. If you’re training drug free than does it make sense to take advice from a guy who’s spending a few thousand dollars a month on steroids? (more…)
Testosterone muscle building and anabolic hormones is a science. One of the most effective testosterone muscle building products available is Growth Factor-1. Take a look at our in depth report on this latest testosterone muscle building aid for gaining muscle size and strength.
Assuming that you eat right, train properly, and get enough sleep, there are only two factors limiting your growth; the amount of anabolic hormones, tissue building, and catabolic, tissue destroying, hormones in your blood.
Training causes your muscles to process anabolic hormones. To promote the optimum level of growth, you must learn how long to train before resting and allowing your body to replace the anabolic hormones that have been used up. If you over train, all of the anabolic hormones will be used up and the catabolic hormones will start to dominate. If you under train, you will waste some of the natural anabolic hormones that your body produces. (more…)
