The Best Arm Exercises is a very interesting book…68 unique exercises for the bicep, triceps and forearms ONLY. This is thing has NO fluff - it’s just packed with training information.
So Why a book on JUST Arms?

That’s the first question I asked Nick when he first sent this book along to me for a review. After all, the trend right now is more towards functional and “total body” styles of training. Direct and/or isolated arm work seems to take a back seat to that type of approach these days.

Basically, is this just for fun or just fluff training?

FREE muscle building video reveals all!

I got myself a coffee and out of curosity I turned up the speaker volume and watched from start to finish. Now I know the narrator has a lacklustre voice (this where the coffee helped) but the infomation on nutrition, supplementation and training was top notched.   Don’t you get just fed up of the skinny runts in the gym who lift feather weights and complain about not being able to build muscle. I bark at them to eat more and lift heavy… and as for those lab rats they have no hope…

    The one thing about the muscle building game is there are always many sceptics. Which okay I can understand considering the amount of  c#/p there is on the Internet today and one thing for sure they are not afraid to voice their opinions as we can see.

Sometimes Jeff and I shy away from opening emails in our inbox due to the ignorant and idiotic responses that we receive from undereducated knucklehead muscle builders.

I know the feeling too well being previously cursed as a hardgainer. I use to spend endless hours in the gym trying to build muscle mass, willing my body to grow and fillout.
